SPIRITUAL YOGA—WORKING FROM THE INSIDE OUT

Come one, Come all....To First Congo's Yoga Class! Enjoy fellowship while increasing your health and wellness. All levels and ages are welcome. Dress comfortably and bring a yoga mat. Classes start Wednesday, January 4th from 6:30-7:15pm in the 3-year-old-room. Our very own Micki Heimer will be instructing the class. We are asking for an honorarium (donation) for the class.
