These pictures, taken in late December 2010 and early January 2011, show some of the deer that frequent our church grounds. Our wooded campus opens to the Fox River on the north and to wooded property owned by Lawrence University to the east, and the deer evidently like it. From a single doe initially, to a doe and her fawn the next year, then to several does and bucks, our deer population is growing, as these photos show.
