The Loving Acceptance Meditation Group is a weekly, thirty-minute meditation over the lunch hour that focuses on loving acceptance of ourselves, others and the world.  It is a practice of "ending the war" with our experience and of discerning our true relationship with the activities and people in our lives. All are welcome. Experience with meditation is not required!
