At First Congregational we are mindful of the whole self, offering information and opportunities for physical as well as spiritual well-being. Throughout the year, First Congo offers physical activities appropriate for a wide range of ability levels, both indoors and out. Some recent examples include biking, fishing, yoga, and t'ai chi. Health and Wellness Programs

If you or someone you love suffers from fibromyalgia, consider attending the Fibromyalgia Support Group. The group meets from 6:00–8:00 PM the last Tuesday of each month in the Helen G. Fowler Conference Center on the second floor of St. Elizabeth’s Hospital.

The Strong Bones program helps middle-aged and older adults build muscle, strengthen bones, improve balance and increase overall physical and mental health. The cost for a session is $20–25 depending on the length of the course. There are several sessions each year.
