A native of Brillion, Wisconsin, Deb graduated from UW-Whitewater where she received a degree in International Relations. She is also a graduate of the Wisconsin Conference United Church of Christ Lay Academy. Deb worked as a tax preparer at McCarty, Curry, Wydeven, Peeters and Haak for nineteen years. From 1997 to 2004 Deb led numerous mission trips for the Northeast Association of the Wisconsin Conference UCC, as well as individually. Deb’s primary responsibilities include Mission and Outreach, Fellowship and Congregational Life, and connecting members with opportunities to serve within the church, as well as the wider community and world. Deb enjoys walking, knitting, snowshoeing, cross country skiing, and swimming. She and her husband Chuck have two children: Eric and Kyla.
