Lyssa J. Fish

Lyssa (Thompson) Fish is originally from the area and has been a member of First Congregational UCC since early childhood.  She attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison where she earned her Bachelor's Degree in Journalism, triple majoring in Public Relations, Advertising and French.  She went on to complete a graduate program in Linguistics at the Sorbonne in Paris, France.  Upon her return to this area, Lyssa earned her teacher's certification and has worked teaching French in various middle and high schools throughout the Valley.  Lyssa's primary responsibilities lie in the development and implementation of our church's youth program, serving teens (grades 7-12) and their families.  She enjoys the out-of-doors, walking, swimming, reading, continuing education, and spending time with close friends and family.  Lyssa has one son, Dawson.
