Church School will be in session one last time this week for a special lesson that will focus on gratitude for our Church School teachers and the completion of various projects. The room locations are:
Kindergarten and 1st Grade will be in the Computer Lab
2nd Grade will be in the East Conference Room
3rd/4th Grade will be in the Scripture Tent
5th/6th Grade will be in the Art Room
There will be NO CHURCH SCHOOL next Sunday, May 5 because both services will involve the children and youth as part of our Healing Service. However, there WILL be class for the 3-and 4-year old children with Miss Shari Mitchell on that day. We will officially wrap up the year with a Church School celebration to be held on May 12 in Fellowship Hall. There will be cake, games and other fun activities to celebrate the wonderful Church School year. The 3- and 4-year-old children will meet in the classroom with Miss Shari Mitchell before joining us for the celebration in Fellowship Hall. Thank you to our teachers/volunteers and parents who helped make this a truly great year. Most of all, thanks to First Congregational UCC’s children who enthusiastically participated in Church School this past year and sought to grow in their faith and learn about God’s love.
