Congratulations to Pastor Laurie! She is now a PhD (Doctor of Philosophy) in Education, Equity and Transformation from Colorado State University in the School of Education.
Her dissertation is The Body and the Word: At the Intersection of Religion and Rape Culture. For anyone interested in learning more about the topic, she is also planning a workshop in the spring.
