Pillars clients are short on warm coats and it is cold outside, so the Mission and Service team has created an opportunity for all of us to meet the need.
This Sunday, February 28 from 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM, please drive up to First Congo’s main door where masked church members will accept donations of new or slightly used coats of any size or persuasion. Men’s coats in Large and X-Large are especially needed.
It is not necessary to bring hats, scarves or mittens, since First Congo generously answered the call for those items before Christmas. Shelley Nulton, our Mission and Service Pillars liaison, also reports that the clients are well supplied with those items!
