
Update from the Building Committee on September 15, 2019
Handouts were provided to the congregation on September 15 during both worship services. Those handouts included:
- Upcoming Maintenance and Repair Costs
- Tentative Timeline and Schedule of Milestones
- Feedback Received
Feasibility Study
Several handouts were provided for the feasibility study report that was presented during the Congregational meeting after worship on June 16. Those handouts included:
- Report from Boldt Company (the report here is more comprehensive than the abbreviated report that was distributed at the congregational meeting)
- Comment sheet
- Tentative timeline for the building process
Building tours will be provided on Sunday, June 23 and 30 after the worship service. These tours can show you the issues raised by the Boldt report. Please fill out a comment sheet and return to the building committee by July 15. You can also send comments to the building committee email listed below.
OFFICIAL NOTICE
There will be a Congregational Meeting immediately following the worship service on Sunday, June 16 to vote on the proposed 2019-2020 Church Budget. After the budget meeting, the congregation will receive a report from the Building Committee on the Feasibility Study prepared by Boldt Construction Company.
Boldt’s Assessment report is now available.
